Unicorns, Kandee pastels and Urban Magic

Hello there Nailmates!!!

Unicorns, Kandee pastels and Urban Magic

Sinful Colors is having a contest it consists of creating a manicure with the new Kandee Johnson Collections only; I figured out in the last couple of weeks I am obsessed with smooshing and the Kandee's , I decided to give it a try and  I love the results.

I started with a generous coat of  Wild Shine Matte Topcoat which makes the application of any matte and streaky polish a dream,  while this is not really the case with Sinful Colors "Whipped Frosting" (which actually applies beautiful without any help) I didn't want any type of ridges or bumps which are usually more noticeable  under any matte nail polish. After a even coat of  "Whipped Frosting" I applied a coat of Seche Vite and allowed the topcoat to completely dry.

Once the Topcoat was  dry, in a small piece of nonstick foil I placed dots of nail polish almost touching each other in different shades (Strawberry Milk, Peaches and Cream, Mint Chip, blueberry hot rod) and mixed it all together with my stamper, applied to each nail and repeated the process 2 or 3 times, until I was happy with the color, coverage and overall design,  sealed it all with 1 coat of Seche, followed by one thin coat of Urban Magic for some extra shine and sparkle and OMGosh it delivered some serious sparkle. Urban Magic and Digital Dream are at this moment 2 of my favorite Sinful Colors out of hundreds I own.

With my nails already looking like a pretty opal, I wanted to add some extra cuteness, something more  kawaii and magical to match the sparkly feeling and there is nothing more kawaii than unicorns so  I had to stamp some lovely ones. For the stamping I used a bundle monster plate from one of their latest blogger collaborations and the stamping polish I used was Sinful Colors: Pin Up Pink for the Unicorns and  " Candy Hearts" for the clouds, one coat of Seche and once it was dry a coat of Wild Shine Matte Topcoat from Wet 'n Wild.

Macro Clouds
I have to say the Vintage Collection is such a pleasant surprise most of the polishes stamp beautifully not only over light Colors but also over dark ones and Sinful Colors has been doing a great job with all their new collections and I'm  falling completely head over heals and buying whatever they put on the display and until now I haven't  been disappointed. My only wish is for them to re-release old collections (like the oceans, morphs, diamonds and Caribbean /Pacific Islands.)

I really hope you enjoyed this manicure because I'm actually loving it!, thank you so much for reading,
